LOCATION : This role is open in Dallas, Texas, or Orlando, Florida.
What You'll Be Doing :
You’ll assist in crafting unforgettable corporate events, working with clients to bring their visions to life. You’ll master the art of logistics, collaborate with top-tier vendors, and deliver seamless experiences—from high-energy conferences to unforgettable incentive trips.
Your Key Tasks Include :
- Coordinating event logistics, from venue selection to onsite management.
- Building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.
- Managing budgets and keeping events cost-effective.
- Supporting on-site operations to ensure events run like clockwork.
- Gathering feedback and brainstorming ways to make the next event even better!

Travel Requirements :
This role involves travel based on client and event needs, including venue sourcing, site visits, and on-site event management.
Salary Range : 50,000 - $80,000
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
