PRIMARY PURPOSE : To develop the marketing strategy and provide project management for one or more of the following areas : branding, content development, digital strategy or market intelligence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manages projects with complex deliverables.
• Responsible for project management plans, working with in-house and outside resources to develop high-impact programs to establish and enhance brands, develop thought leadership and promote content, and support market intelligence needs.
• Ensures the execution of corporate events, marketing projects, and promotional campaigns to support company growth and client retention goals.
• Responsible for managing assigned projects within timeframe, project budgets and deliverables.
• Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of property, casualty, and disability TPA services including claims, managed care, and ancillary services such as alternative risk to support global marketing programs.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

EDUCATION & LICENSING : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing or communications preferred.

EXPERIENCE : Eight (8) years of experience in marketing, communications, market research or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $75,000-$90,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
