What You'll Do
As a dual-property Sales & Event Coordinator, you'll manage sales and event activities for both hotels, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute group bookings and on-site events from start to finish
- Set up and break down meeting and event spaces (tables, chairs, room layouts)
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to manage event details and rooming lists
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards
- Create and post social media content to promote events and offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
- Strong computer skills; experience with Marriott/FOSSE and Hilton/PEP preferred
- Ability to lift and move tables and chairs for meeting setups
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and guest service skills
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
