OracleTX, United StatesThe Sports Partnership Specialist will assist the Head of Sports Marketing in the overall management and organization of partnership rights and contractual assets between Oracle and their Global Sports and Hospitality Partners. The role will focus on our 3 Tier 1 Partnerships, Oracle Red Bull Racing, SailGP and the English Premier League. This highly visible role is fast-paced; the successful candidate will be able to multi-task efficiently with polish and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to comfortably engage with senior executives, and attention detail are necessary for success.
This role will also focus on managing the internal communications strategy to ensure that our technology stories and global event offerings are shared with the greater Oracle community through various communication platforms. The Sports Partnership Specialist reports into the Head of Sports Marketing part of the Customer Marketing team.
Responsibilities displayed in the job posting
- Manage the inbound requests for speaking engagements, brand needs and experiential demos
- Build out processes for internal request tools to help create efficiencies across all key internal teams
- Manage and track the overall list of needs / asks between Oracle and partners
- Track overall partnership contractual assets
- Manage various communication tactics focused on partnerships – slack channels, website, newsletters
- Define and report on various sports marketing areas of interest to show partnership ROI
- Assist when needed for on-site event planning and execution

US : Hiring Range : from $ to $ per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
