Position : Event Coordinator (Part Time) Entry-Level
Location : Remote
Argyle Executive Forum is a provider of B2B media solutions centered around a suite of editorial and event media. This is a remote position, with travel, working with the Argyle events department.
The Event Coordinator is an exciting entry-level opportunity to grow into an event operations expert by coordinating professional conferences / events for Argyle Executive Forum. The successful candidate will have a natural savviness and the ability to use good judgement and grit to produce high quality work under any circumstances. Learning and advancement opportunities abound for the right candidate.
The Responsibilities :
Event Operations
- Research, identify, and negotiate terms with outside vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Source equipment and other related collateral and materials for shows and events and organizing shipping.
- Coordinate custom dinners for a small group of executives, owning each project
- Assist Event Manager with larger scale event operations, managing multiple ongoing projects on strict deadlines.
- Organize and manage B2B events, roundtables, and executive dinners and forums in conjunction with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage executive dinner programs end-to-end, including communication with registered attendees, recruit executives,coordinate on-site logistics, and drive attendance to the dinner.
- Attending events across the country, managing onsite operations procedures and engaging clients with a positive, professional customer service attitude.
