Job descriptionDevelop and execute event strategies and plans that meet business objectives and budget guidelines Coordinate all aspects of the event, including logistics, budgets, staffing, and vendor management Create and manage event budgets and timelines Lead cross-functional teams to execute events flawlessly Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts Manage event registration and attendee experience Produce post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with clients to ensure their event goals and expectations are met or exceeded Ensure all events are executed efficiently, on-time. The Role….
- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Events, Meetings, Conferences from the
- planning stages to the execution of the event.
- You will be active in selling to new, existing and potential clients in all event spaces.
- You will manage and direct Private events duties, including but not limited to booking events,
- creating contracts, BEOs, sending proposals, catering and other as required.
- Perform sales site visits with clients, including pre-event walk throughs.
- Update internal meetings, including catering and setup in calendar in Event Booking System.
