The Assistant Director of Events will provide strategic support to the Director of Events and Development team in the planning and execution of all cultivation, stewardship, recognition and fundraising events and experiences. Must live a drivable distance from the office and be willing to visit the office 1-2 times a week.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Research potential new event venues and vendors
- Liaise with venues and vendors
- Manage event deadlines, timelines, and deliverables
- Make sure all details of events are properly planned and executed
- Work on run-of-show and guest booking issues
- Manage event staff, and the overall flow of events from setup to tear down
- Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps, and apply learnings to enhance future plans

Salary Range : The salary target for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
