Our typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9:

• 00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize & Pack: Help clients sort, organize, and pack their personal belongings for relocation, downsizing, or estate sales.

Support Transitions:

• Assist in unpacking and setting up clients’ new living spaces for a comfortable Day One experience.

Stage for Sales:

• Prepare personal items for estate auctions, both online and in person.

Be a Compassionate Companion:

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.

Collaborate:

• Work closely with clients, their families, and team members, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Empathetic & Respectful: You understand the emotional aspects of relocation and treat clients and their families with compassion.

Physically Capable:

• Able to lift and move items weighing 40-60 pounds.

Reliable & Organized:

• Strong organizational skills and a reliable means of transportation.

Tech-Savvy:

• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management.

Flexible & Adaptable:

• Able to thrive in varied environments, including cluttered or unclean spaces (we provide gloves and aprons).

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $17 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
