Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Machine Operator
Location : Niagara Falls, NY
Pay Range : Based on skills and experience ($18-$22 / hour)
Shift : 2nd
What's the Job?
- Operate machines used to shape precision-folded workpieces for heat transfer products.
Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications.
Mount, install, and align dies and workpieces on various machines.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Participate in cross-training throughout the manufacturing facility.
What's Needed?
Proficient in the use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
Ability to read and work to set tolerances and blueprints.
Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to maintain accurate production records.
