Looking for a 2nd shift Machine Operator / Production worker

Competence with the machines and accuracy are key to being effective operators and essential to the production line.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / TASKS TO BE PERFORMED :

The precise combination of job tasks will vary depending on the Company's production requirements and the specific instructions given by the shop supervision.

Regardless of shift assignment, Machine Operators must be able to perform the following tasks :

• Run overhead crane system to handle beams, angles, plates and assemblies.
• Able to operate various production machines, which may require computer operation in addition to operation of machinery.
• Perform yard and building cleaning tasks and assist in maintenance of building and equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Individuals must have adequate strength (ability to lift fifty pounds), mobility, dexterity, vision, hearing and stamina.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS :

Individual should preferably have a high school education and be able to follow instructions well and work without constant supervision.
