Job Description

Job Description

Frontera Health is revolutionizing pediatric healthcare by developing a cutting-edge, tech-enabled platform that delivers essential therapies to rural families. Our platform leverages AI / ML to create a robust video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. By collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and clinical partners, we're bridging the gap in access to care, improving health equity, and providing personalized treatment plans. Backed by leading investors like Lightspeed and Lux, Frontera Health is poised for rapid growth.

Our ABA direct services are designed to meet the unique needs of children in underserved communities, providing them with the support and resources they require to reach their full potential. We are passionate about ensuring that every child, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status, has access to high-quality healthcare. By leveraging our technology platform and partnering with local providers, we are able to deliver effective ABA therapy to families who may otherwise have limited access to these essential services.

The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team. In addition to providing high-level administrative support, you will own project management for company-wide initiatives and lead internal communications to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization. You will also manage various operational tasks including office spaces.

What You'll Do : Executive Support :

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage scheduling of rooms, equipment, and shared resources across offices.
  • Assist staff with internal tools and technology to support efficient workflows.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage procurement processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, providing guidance and support for operational needs.

Project & Initiative Management :

  • Oversee major projects and cross-departmental initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set project priorities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to improve overall efficiency across teams.
  • Internal Communications & Engagement :

  • Develop and coordinate internal communication strategies, including organizing regular town hall meetings.
  • Work closely with teams to prepare presentations, updates, and materials for company-wide briefings.
  • Ensure key messages and organizational updates are clearly communicated across the company.
  • Operational Excellence :

  • Partner closely with clinical and administrative leads to align workspace operations with organizational goals.
  • Oversee vendor management, office workflows, and overall operations of the Denver workspace to ensure a well-functioning and efficient work environment.
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years in an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Proven experience in project management and coordinating large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for facilitating effective internal communications.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience with event coordination and organizing company-wide meetings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABA practices or healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Why Frontera Health?

  • Opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in pediatric healthcare.
  • Work on challenging and impactful projects that leverage cutting-edge AI / ML technologies.
  • Collaborate with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Make a real difference in the lives of children and families in rural communities.
