Our client is a well-established financial services firm located in Century City, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for an immediate long-term temporary assignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have support experience within financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with experience working within a fast paced finance firm.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Available to work 100% on-site in Century City.
Rate : $30-$32 per hour DOE
