Our neighborhood restaurant group behind a successful wine bar is launching an exciting new restaurant concept in the West Village, opening Q1 2025. This intimate 38-seat space, built around a central bar, blends the warmth of a private residence with vibrant hospitality. We’re seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary vision and operations.

About the Role

As Executive Chef, you’ll be the culinary leader, responsible for :

• Menu Development : Crafting seasonal, creative dishes aligned with our culinary vision.
• Kitchen Leadership : Recruiting, training, managing and mentoring a small BOH team.
• Operations : Overseeing food preparation, procurement, and inventory while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
• Collaboration : Partnering with ownership and front of house team to ensure the kitchen’s operational and financial success.
