Ensure top-tier health, safety, and sanitation compliance
Collaborate with FOH management to deliver seamless, guest‑focused service
Desired Qualifications
4+ years in senior culinary leadership (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Exec Sous Chef level)
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environments
Strong strategic sense : menu planning, cost control, kitchen systems, sourcing seasonal ingredients
