Healthcare Experience is a Must : You must have a strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly within senior care or home care services. We are looking for someone who not only understands the market but also has established connections and a network within the healthcare ecosystem. Proven Sales Expertise : A track record of success in healthcare sales, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, is required. Your ability to close deals, build relationships, and exceed sales quotas will set you apart. Self-Starter with Ambition : You are driven, hungry for success, and have a "never give up" attitude. Your hunger for growth and commitment to excellence will be key to your success in this role. Strategic Thinker : You are not just a salesperson; you're a problem solver who can identify market trends; craft tailored solutions and execute strategies that lead to sustained business growth. Excellent Communicator : You possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable engaging with senior executives, industry professionals, and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities
