problems? Join our dynamic team in Downtown Norfolk as an Executive Assistant!
As a key member of our client services team, you will provide exceptional support to the
Managing Partner, ensuring needs are met with professionalism and care. We are looking for an
enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow in a career and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings,
appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and prioritize emails, calls, and requests to ensure timely responses.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Project & Operations Support
Assist in project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
Coordinate and support company-wide initiatives and special projects
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas and following up
on action items. Plan and execute company events & conferences,
Communication & Relationship Management
Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal / external stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
Represent the Managing Partner in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in an administrative or corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
High level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Professional attire is required!
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting leadership positions.
Must pass an FBI background check, including fingerprinting & drug test,
Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or a related industry.
Familiarity with CRM, Wealth Management software, and project management tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary from $35,360.00 to $41,600.00 + commissions & Christmas bonus.
