Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced professional to join their Sales team. This role will focus on engaging directly with customers, managing sales efforts, and promoting our clients solutions, services, and products. The successful candidate will articulate the benefits and return on investment (ROI) of these offerings to secure new business and strengthen existing relationships. The ideal person is highly organized, detail-oriented, strategic, and process-driven, with a keen interest in the technical aspects of the companys solutions. A self-motivated individual who thrives with minimal supervision will excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within our clients target industries
- Present and communicate the value of our clients solutions, services, and products
- Lead negotiations and close deals with Mid-Market and SMB merchants
- Conduct sales meetings and execute key sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ISVs, ISOs, and PSPs that cater to Midmarket and SMB customers
- Monitor and report on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor insights to ensure our clients solutions remain competitive and relevant
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform and services, both from a technical perspective (how they function) and a user perspective (how clients benefit from them)
- Effectively demonstrate the ROI of our clients solutions to potential customers
- Cultivate and manage relationships with prospective clients
- Perform other duties as required
