They offer direct placement search, contract, contract to hire, and consultants across various fields, including accounting, executive, finance, human resources, legal, operations, procurement, and sales.

Role Description

This is a full-time Account Executive role located in Austin, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of financial and business principles
  • Experience in the professional staffing industry, Accounting and Finance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
