Job Description : Senior Human Resources Specialist

Type : Full-time, Hybrid but mostly remotely
Key Responsibilities :
Organizational Chart Review : Conduct a thorough analysis of the current organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Organizational Position Planning : Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to strategically plan the allocation of positions within the organization, considering present and future needs.
Position Description / Functional Statement Development (PD / FS) : Develop accurate and comprehensive PD / FS for each position, outlining essential duties, qualifications, and responsibilities. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
Recruitment Requests : Manage the recruitment process by generating detailed recruitment requests, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring timely execution of recruitment efforts.
Project Management : Oversee and coordinate various human resources projects, ensuring that they are executed within defined timelines and in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a Senior Human Resources role with a focus on organizational planning, position development, and recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for HR management and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
