As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers at Sherwin-Williams. Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs, provide answers about our product offerings, and recommend ideal solutions tailored to individual preferences.
In this role, you will also address customer concerns efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction, while keeping yourself informed about product features and maintaining the store's high standards of quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing outstanding customer service while achieving store sales goals.
- Engaging with customers both in person and over the phone, assessing their needs, and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Building trusting relationships with our wholesale and retail clientele.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
- Assembling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
- Restocking shelves and creating visually appealing displays.
- Keeping the store equipment clean and working properly.
- Assisting with deliveries and managing stock in designated areas.
- Staying knowledgeable about all products and options available for our customers.
- Participating in inventory control processes and suggesting ways to enhance sales.
