Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Maintain knowledge of assigned clients' relocation programs and benefits.
  • Respond to general inquiries from customers, when Consultant(s) not available.
  • Assist in ordering relocation services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files.
  • Input timely and complete activity documentation in Altair's systems.
  • Process customers' requests for benefits, including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel.
  • Any additional tasks, activities, and / or projects as required.

EDUCATION :

High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required.

TRAINING and EXPERIENCE :

  • Prior administrative experience and skills, with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Ability to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; high diligence.
  • Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the company and with other team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sensitive to critical deadlines; work with a sense of urgency.
  • WORK / PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT :

    Hybrid work environment in the Shelton, Connecticut area; open to other areas for the right candidate. Team members must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team members spend a substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone speaking with customers and working under deadlines.
