Job Description
Founded in 1978, this truck company is a full-line distributor for manufacturers of light, medium, and heavy-duty truck equipment and parts. They are currently hiring two mechanic welders to join their team and make a positive impact on their stable business.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
- Build, repair, and install chassis, truck bodies, dump bodies, flatbeds, snow plows, and interior vans.
- Work autonomously with the support of a team when needed.
- Welding tasks may vary daily; some days may require no welding, while others may require welding for the entire shift.

Work Environment
The work schedule is 1st shift : 7 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 7 AM - 2 : 30 PM (Fridays). The role involves working autonomously with the support of a team around you. Tasks and welding requirements may vary day to day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr.
