ROXBOX Containers is on a mission to find a Steel Team; Welder / Fabricator to join our elite team of container-modifying beasts! We specialize in transforming ordinary shipping containers into extraordinary, custom-designed spaces, and we need a tech-savvy, process-optimizing, problem-annihilating machine to help us push the boundaries of what"s possible.

In this role, you"ll be :

• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to bring complex designs to life
• Optimizing our fabrication processes to maximize efficiency and quality
• Collaborating with a team of skilled fabricators, welders, and designers
• Taking ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring top-quality results
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Continuously learning and incorporating new techniques and technologies
