Department Summary
Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise employees who are responsible for the maintenance and security of the organization’s buildings and grounds
- Schedules maintenance and monitors the emergency power systems
- Supervises all daily janitorial and maintenance services
- Supervise Security functions and personnel
- Manages all improvement projects, interdepartmental moves, building services, and third party contractors.
- Trains and instructs employees on the proper use of equipment
- Performs role of manager by scheduling employees, approving OT, monitoring performance, and takes disciplinary action as needed
- Responsible for budgeting, tracking, and controlling departmental expenses
- Directly responsible for exempt / non-exempt staff. Responsible for the performance of subordinates; makes recommendations to superiors regarding hiring, termination decisions, training and discipline

Salary Ranges
Compensation : $54,650.00 / Year - $78,100.00 / Year
