About the role

Inn-Flow Facilities is live and in the hands of real hotel maintenance teams: work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, asset histories, and vendor management, on mobile and on the web. The people using it are not sitting at desks. They are technicians walking a property with a phone in one hand, GMs triaging a guest-impacting issue between check-ins, and regional leaders trying to see across a portfolio. For software like that, the experience is the product: if a task takes more taps than it should, it does not get done in the app, and the visibility every other part of the platform depends on never shows up.

We are hiring a Facilities Product Manager to own that experience. You will drive the roadmap for Facilities across our native mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the responsive web app: sharpening the workflows that already exist, raising the bar on usability and adoption, and connecting Facilities more deeply to the rest of Inn-Flow so labor, accounting, procurement, and business intelligence all get stronger because of it. You will work day to day with a Product Designer and Engineering, and you will be expected to hold real opinions about interaction design, sketching flows and building wireframes or prototypes yourself when showing is better than describing. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

What you'll do

Experience Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the Facilities roadmap. Decide what we build next across mobile and web, prioritized by user impact, adoption, and the strategic value of tying Facilities into the wider platform.

• Set the experience bar. Define what good looks like for Facilities (clarity, speed, and how few taps it takes to finish a job), and hold the work to that standard release after release.

• Connect Facilities to the platform. Find and drive the moments where Facilities should talk to labor, accounting, procurement, and business intelligence, so the work a maintenance team logs shows up as cost, staffing, and performance insight everywhere else.

Design Partnership & Craft

• Partner closely with Design. Bring the problem, the user context, and the constraints; push hard on the solution with your Product Designer; and make the call when a call is needed.

• Get your hands dirty. Sketch flows, build wireframes, and put together clickable prototypes when that is the fastest way to test an idea or align the team.

• Design for the property, not the desk. Think mobile-first for on-the-floor work (one-handed use, spotty Wi-Fi, photo-first input, near-zero training) while giving managers a web experience that shows the whole picture.

• Sweat the details. Empty states, error messages, loading behavior, copy, and accessibility are the small things that decide whether the product feels trustworthy.

Research, Adoption & Measurement

• Stay close to the user. Run interviews and usability sessions, watch real teams work on property, and mine support themes and product analytics to find exactly where the experience breaks down.

• Drive adoption, not just launches. A shipped feature nobody uses is not done. Own onboarding, in-product guidance, and the follow-through that gets teams into Facilities every day.

• Measure what matters. Track adoption, task completion, time-on-task, work order throughput, and satisfaction, then let those signals steer what comes next.

Discovery & Delivery

• Write clear specs and ship. Turn user problems into crisp requirements and acceptance criteria, and partner with Engineering through delivery to real customer adoption.

• Ship in small pieces. Break big ideas into releasable increments, get them in front of users fast, and iterate on what you learn instead of betting on one big reveal.

• Work the mobile release cycle. Plan around app store releases and version adoption so mobile and web stay in step for every customer.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management, or a closely adjacent role (UX/product design, front-end engineering, or product operations) where you owned real product outcomes. B2B SaaS experience is ideal.

• An eye for design, and the curiosity behind it: you can look at a screen and say what is wrong with it and why, and you would rather watch five people use the product than read a survey about it.

• Hands-on comfort with design tools: you can sketch a flow, build a wireframe, and assemble a clickable prototype to pressure-test an idea before engineering touches it.

• Experience with mobile and web applications, and instincts for how the two should differ: what belongs in someone’s pocket versus on a large screen.

• AI-first mentality for accelerating research synthesis, prototyping, spec writing, and getting to answers faster.

• Strong cross-functional instincts: you build trust quickly with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams, and you keep work moving without formal authority.

• Excellent written communication; you make product decisions and trade-offs easy to understand for any audience.

• A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, EOS-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or facilities software such as CMMS, work order, inspection, or field service tools.

• Experience shipping native mobile apps on iOS and Android, including app store release cycles and version adoption.

• Familiarity with designing for frontline or deskless workers: offline and low-signal states, one-handed use, photo capture, and workflows that require almost no training.

• Working knowledge of usability testing and product analytics: you can instrument a flow and run a session without waiting on anyone.

• Comfort reading data yourself, whether in SQL or a BI tool, to answer your own questions about how the product is used.

What Success Looks Like

• In 45 days: you know the Facilities product cold, you have watched real maintenance teams use it on property, and you have shipped at least one visible improvement to the experience.

• In 6 months: a clear Facilities experience roadmap is live across mobile and web, the usability problems your research surfaced are being retired release by release, and adoption is measurably up.

• In 12 months: Facilities is one of the experiences customers point to when they explain why they chose Inn-Flow, and it is meaningfully connected to labor, accounting, procurement, and business intelligence rather than standing alone.
