About the Role
In this role, you will lead Gap Inc.'s Corporate Facilities organization and reporting to the Chief Business and Strategy Officer. You will lead teams that will contribute to the culture that inspire people to connect through authentic self expression, fuel collaboration and curiosity, and champion excellence. You are responsible for the planning, design, construction, and operations of North America Headquarter properties, including design, construction, sourcing, maintenance, engineering, moves, furniture, general operations, property management and space management. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining budgets, schedules and KPI's for the entire operation. Position also requires support for international locations as required as well as other properties such as Distribution and Fulfillment Center properties. This role requires day to day responsibilities to ensure Gap culture is maintained throughout all Gap HQ locations. You will interface with Senior Management as required and assisting with the Real Estate Field to help determine feasibility of current and potential real estate projects on an as needed basis.
What You'll Do
- Manage all physical and financial aspects of Gap Inc. NA HQ offices from procurement through providing operational workspace that meets or exceeds Gap's physical and cultural requirements. This position requires the ability to interface with senior management, employees, vendors, contractors, landlords, brokers, and governmental agencies.
- Manage all aspects of food services for Gap Inc. with a "customer first" approach. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining an "A" rating from Health Department, providing healthy options and choices for our customers, creating an excitement with our customers by offering variety and innovative programs and options, developing and managing budgets (including P & L), training staff to support Gap culture, providing catering services that meet or exceed our clients expectations, interacting with food suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc. Managing kitchenettes to provide variety and healthy options for snacks and drinks. Develop SOP's as required.
- This position requires leadership who emphasizes customer service as a top priority as well as well as accountability for all that happens within the Facilities / Workspaces / Cafes.
- Develop, planning and budgeting for all aspects of the department is essential. This includes but is not limited to the operations of all aspects of Facility / Workplace management (eg; janitorial, mailroom services, shipping & receiving, maintenance, furniture, moves, space planning, construction, engineering, code compliance, project management and other areas as required).
- Assist in the evaluation of real estate and provide support to real estate projects as required.

Salary Range : $191,000 - $262,700 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
