Facilities director Jobs in Palm Bay, FL

Renesas is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to provide engineering and technical support for facilities mechanical process piping plumbing fire suppression systems and industrial water plant (DI Water Plant).

Responsibilities include providing design ACAD drawings specifications cost estimates and materials review / approval. Maintain as-built plans files and records of plant buildings systems and equipment.

Evaluate plant needs short term and long-term strategic plans and provides best available solutions.

Support operations and maintenance groups in trouble shooting existing systems and optimizing maintenance and operating performance and costs.

Assure compliance with all applicable life safety city state and federal codes and regulations.

Project management and supervise construction to comply with drawings specifications contracts and budget.

Qualifications :

Required Education :   Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Required Experience :   Minimum 5 years of engineering work in an industrial and / or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
