Job description

Manager Of Regional Maintenance Facilities

Behind every exceptional patient experience is a team that keeps our hospitals running safely and efficiently. If you're an experienced facilities, engineering, or construction leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, leading projects, and driving innovation, we'd love to meet you.

We're seeking a Manager of Regional Maintenance Facilities to oversee Maintenance, Life Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Emergency Response, and Grounds Operations across assigned locations. In this key leadership role, you'll collaborate with engineering, construction, and operational leaders to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and prepared to support outstanding patient care.

  • Lead maintenance and facility operations that keep our hospitals operating at their best.
  • Manage capital projects, facility upgrades, and building system improvements from planning through completion.
  • Drive regulatory compliance and life safety initiatives while maintaining accreditation readiness.
  • Implement predictive maintenance strategies and AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, digital documentation, emergency preparedness, and grounds operations.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the health system to continuously improve facilities and share resources effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of hospital facilities, maintenance, or construction management experience preferred.
  • Five or more years of engineering, maintenance, or construction leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement.

If you're looking for an opportunity to lead meaningful projects, embrace innovative technology, and make a lasting impact on the healthcare environment, we invite you to join our team. Your leadership will help ensure safe, reliable facilities that support exceptional care for our patients, visitors, and caregivers every day.
