At CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities, our Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic of our facilities. This position involves performing a variety of tasks and coordinating with vendors to ensure our spaces reflect our core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll accomplish :
- Ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness of the community facilities and grounds
- Conducting routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Addressing service requests from residents or management, responding promptly and professionally
- Organizing and directing the functions of vendors to accomplish community goals
- Performing maintenance work and general repairs
- Cleaning in common areas
- Assisting with lifestyle events including event set-up / break-down and clean-up
- Completing minor maintenance and repairs
- Inspecting and operating a wide variety of light equipment and machinery
- Performing a variety of labor-related work tasks
REQUIREMENTS
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
