We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Administrative Technician for the Facilities Maintenance Department.
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of facility needs. The position of Facilities Administrative is to maintain all Credit Human facilities in a safe operating condition while completing all facilities activities including remedial repair tasks, preventative maintenance, and office clerical work, limited ordering of equipment, supplies, and services. It requires the performance of increasingly more responsible and varied work to include proficiency of Microsoft Suite skills and experience.

- Coordinate and follow up with contractors and suppliers on execution of service requests
- Comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
- Manage smooth follow-up in issue resolution or requests for services, directing contractors, and supporting customers
- Schedule Preventative Maintenance contracted services and track completion
- Set up rooms for various functions; move and re-arrange office furniture as required
- Provide support when conditions arise that need immediate attention
