This role offers the opportunity to utilize your skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general upkeep while ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Compensation

YouFit offers compensation packages that are competitive in the industry. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Core Job Duties

  • Routine Maintenance : Perform upkeep around the building, including plumbing, painting, light bulb replacement, and minor electrical repairs.
  • Plumbing Repairs : Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore functionality.
  • HVAC Maintenance : Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper climate control in the facility.
  • Preventative Measures : Apply preventative steps to reduce future maintenance issues.
  • Safety Hazards : Address potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
  • Service Requests : Follow work assignments to fulfill maintenance service requests for equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance : Perform monthly safety, preventive maintenance, and cleaning duties on site.
  • Additional Duties : Perform other related tasks as assigned.
  • OSHA Safety Checks : Conduct monthly OSHA safety inspections per guidelines.
  • Safety Compliance : Follow all OSHA, company, and Facilities department safety guidelines daily.
  • Computer Literacy : Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology
  • Additional Duties : Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 3+ years experience in routine maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Ability to read prints, schematics and diagrams.
  • Experience using tools required for position.
  • Knowledge related to plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
  • Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Committed to continuous personal development.

    • Physical Demands

  • The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a team member to perform the essential functions of this role successfully. While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping required.
