What you will be doing :

  • Maintain facility cleanliness, including grounds, office spaces, and stocked printers.
  • Support internal operations by coordinating catering, stocking supplies, arranging furniture, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor visitors and assist with building security.
  • Manage company vehicles, ensuring regular inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Perform minor building maintenance and maintain inventory of essential supplies.

What you need :

  • Strong communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings, with the ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, including planning personal tasks and occasionally assisting others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle routine issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintains confidentiality, exercises discretion, and demonstrates attention to detail in completing tasks and documentation.
  • Proficient in basic math operations and office equipment.
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may change from day to day.

    • Education and Experience

  • Equivalent of four years of high school (required).
  • Zero to eighteen months of related experience (required).

    • Computer Skills

    Basic.

    Certificates and Licenses

    Valid Driver’s License.

    Physical Activities

  • While performing the functions of this job, the employee is :
  • Continually required to stand and walk.
  • Regularly required to reach, handle, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Occasionally required to sit or smell.
  • Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Occasionally lift / move up to 50 pounds.
