Title : Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist
This Fortune 500 company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist in the Denver, CO area. As a Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist you will be responsible for the oversight of two offices located in Denver and Boulder. Facility Coordinator(s) will be required to travel from both sites on a weekly basis, performing multiple tasks in the facility and reception spaces. Job description as follows :

The main goal for this individual will be ensuring that all facilities related services are performed at a high level, someone who is passionate about exceeding the client’s expectations. They will be responsible for all administrative support duties for the site(s), supporting the delivery of a high level of service that consistently exceeds customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service - This individual will have customer facing experience and the ability to speak on said experience.
- Project Management - Individual has a background in managing projects and the ability to describe full cycle (design to delivery).
- Communication & Time Management - This role has a significant amount of autonomy in how it can be executed. It is necessary to be organized and intentional in managing tasks and time.

Schedule
Monday & Friday at Boulder site.
