Responsibilities

• Oversee Managing Agent and Facilities Management functions, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Work closely with the VP of non-operations to provide seamless, full-range services to clients.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and project profitability to ensure contract compliance and operational efficiency.
• Implement digital solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity, and optimize costs.
• Establish, review, and enforce SOPs to maintain service excellence and operational consistency.
• Build strong relationships, proactively address feedback, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Support business expansion, manage tenders, and oversee contract execution.
• Develop and guide team members to enhance skills and expand service capabilities.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing workforce aligned with company goals.
• Ensure all external work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Foster a supportive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.
• Manage internal resources efficiently to maximize team productivity.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
