Position Summary

The Facility Service Manager is responsible for the maintenance and support for facility, infrastructure, and material handling equipment within the Distribution Center. Additional responsibilities include, ensuring regulatory compliance, CVS policy adherence, preparing cost controls, adhering to budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve safety and performance within the building and its material handling systems. The role will require strong organizational competencies, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment. The Facility Service Manager is responsible for a team of technical and mechanical specialists and will be expected to demonstrate positive engagement and leadership with a strong emphasis on safety, performance, and accountability.

• This is a 1st shift role. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm MST

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
