POSITION SUMMARY :
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the company's equipment, building, and surrounding grounds. This role operates as the tactical arm for our Productive Maintenance, working to minimize interruptions to production and striving every day to be a world-class manufacturing center. The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, repair, and maintenance of facilities and production equipment, ensuring all maintenance and safety standards are upheld.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise an organization qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient working condition. Execute an effective productive maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Schedule work and tasks for the team, manage priorities in concert with the Engineering Manager, and develop training for the team.
- Evaluate, coach, counsel, and train members of the team.
- Identify and develop periodic maintenance processes for all equipment. Review and amend regularly.
- Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition. Schedule needed repair to have minimum interference. Equipment to include :
Automated Production and Packaging Equipment (production lines, machining equipment, etc.)
