POSITION SUMMARY :

Effective management of loading operations to include orders filling / loading of applicable delivery vehicles. Provide direction of 15-20 hourly employees. Oversees product breakage management.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Expense control and implementing safety initiatives.
• Train others to assist in warehouse functions.
• Manage product loading and housekeeping.
• Recommend discipline to Warehouse Supervisor / Manager / Director regarding employee work rule violations.
• Supervises employees
• Performs other duties as required.
