Position New Criteria :

• The facility will now accept providers willing to cover 2 consecutive weeks per month with a 3 month or longer commitment (in leu of fulltime).
• The facility will now also consider providers willing to obtain a CO license.
• Providers must have medium to high acuity experience (Level 1) to be considered; this includes vascular, OB, neurosurgery, & trauma.

ACLS, PALs, Board Certified, active Colorado license preferred

Board eligible providers will not be accepted. Providers must have BC.

Providers MUST be comfortable in a HIGH ACUITY, HIGH QUALITY work environment. The facility is currently Level 2, but operate as a Level 1.

Providers must commit to 2 weeks per month (preferably consecutive weeks) for a minimum of 3 months to be considered.
