Job description
A company is looking for a Faculty Affairs Administrator 2 (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide analysis and guidance on faculty appointments and reappointments, ensuring compliance with policies
Critically review files, teaching evaluations, and referee letters for completeness and compliance
Serve as the primary contact for processing policy exemptions and orienting new administrators
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience with administrative processes, or a combination of education and relevant experience
Experience with academic appointment management
Project management experience
Experience in reviewing Instructor actions
Ability to learn university systems and work with databases and Microsoft Office suite
