Job Summary
As Sensor Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to the Army’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense mission. You will lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating Radar / Guidance system performance data from Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises, and Real-World Events and producing system assessments. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, this position requires effective collaboration and communication skills. This job is seeking a motivated individual with leadership skills who can proactively identify and solve complex technical and business challenges. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the radar(s) including requirements and operations, focusing on radar search, track, electronic counter measures, discrimination and missile guidance functions
- Define metrics, analyze data, and assess system performance
- Provide direct support to the Warfighter by responding to Requests for Information including analyzing Real-World data and collaborating with the team to provide recommendations for enhanced performance
- Support test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises) by defining requirements and objectives, observing / executing tests, analyzing test data, and contributing to test reports
- Prepare and present briefings to various audiences, including USG, Warfighters, and high levels of leadership
- Review and track software changes and system requirements
- Provide technical and task guidance to a team of Radar / Guidance analysts
- May participate in the development of technical proposals for new and / or existing business opportunities
