A company is looking for a Lead Family Health Advocate to provide support to Family Health Advocates and members in navigating healthcare resources.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searchesCoordinate issue resolution with providers and payers for claims adjustments and grievancesProvide proactive care guidance and education to members regarding their health benefits and resourcesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2-year associate's degree in healthcare / health sciences or equivalent experienceExperience in advocacy support centers or healthcare institutionsExperience in resolving high-level customer service issuesPrevious roles in healthcare such as Patient Health Guide, Medical Secretary, or Claim Specialist
