Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. We want someone who can turn a failure into a positive action and great successes into examples for the future. Perfect role for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition Required Skills : Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers Physical skill requirements Stand for long periods of time Lift 25 Lbs. Job Description :
Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program : you will be enticing each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis they will need to come to the Cellairs counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice and drive them to our store.
