ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.
The Manager, Housing Navigation plays a critical leadership role in coordinating and overseeing housing support services within the health care and social assistance sector. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective housing navigation strategies that connect vulnerable populations with safe, stable, and appropriate housing options. The manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that service delivery aligns with organizational goals and community needs while fostering partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
