As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting patients and healthcare providers. • What's the Job?
• Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer / patient issues relating to products, services, and patient enrollment.+ Respond to inquiries, complete various daily tasks, and provide verbal and written information to external and internal customers.+ Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and associates.+ Ensure compliance with CRM processes and documentation.+ Manage inbound and outbound call work as assigned.
• What's Needed?
• A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• RECENT EXPERINCE WORKING IN A REMOTE ENVIRONMENT
• Experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment is preferred.+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.+ Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com.+ Strong verbal and written English communication skills.+ Ability to pass background and drug test
