A company is looking for a Consumer Collections Specialist - Bilingual Preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute debt collection processes in compliance with FDCPAEngage with clients to negotiate and resolve outstanding debtsUtilize provided systems and tools to maximize collection efficiencyRequired QualificationsMinimum of one year of experience in collectionsKnowledge of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act)Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not requiredAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to undergo extensive training on collections practices
