We currently seek a Family Medicine physician to join our community partner, Healthy Living Primary Care. Healthy Living Primary Care is a highly regarded and well-established group in Folsom, CA, that has a strong reputation for providing exceptional patient care and for 5-star patient satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a team of experienced physicians and APPs
• Enjoy a high tech, beautiful and modern practice, offering well-rounded primary care services including :
• Behavioral health
• Weight management
• Chronic care management
• Remote patient management
• Profit from an ability to quickly build your practice due to significant patient demand
• Achieve autonomy in your practice, with an environment that will enable you to have ample time with your patients (30 minutes per encounter)
