Family Medicine Physician – Pueblo, CO | BC/BE Required | Full-Time

Join a leading healthcare facility in Pueblo, Colorado, as a full-time Family Medicine Physician. Pay & Benefits:
  • Salary: Competitive base salary with a range of $257,000 to $286,000 annually
  • Additional Compensation: Productivity bonus based on wRVUs, sign-on bonus up to $20,000, student loan repayment assistance up to $24,000, potential relocation package

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for diverse patient populations
  • Manage a panel of patients, contributing to long-term health outcomes
  • Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
  • Engage in patient care planning, education, and follow-up
  • Support UCHealth’s mission to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare
  • Utilize available lab and imaging resources for patient diagnostics
  • Emphasize preventive care and health promotion
What You Need:
Required:
  • Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
  • Prior outpatient primary care experience
  • Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
