Responsibilities

Ascension St. John is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing practice in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that's actively expanding to meet the needs of our community.

Position Highlights :

$40,000 Sign-on bonus

$10,000 relocation assistance if needed

$5,000 annual CME allowance plus paid licensure, DEA, and OBNDD fees

Responsibilities :

Provide medical services to patients in an assigned area.

Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.

Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.

Participate in academic programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested.

Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner.

Opportunity to participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Physician MD / DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
