Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-certified / board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its Mission Hills location in California . Full-time physicians with Facey Medical Group are only scheduled 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. • Outpatient Care only
• Dedicated collegial team

• Mostly adult patients (18 and over)
• No inpatient call
• No late-night shift or weekends
• Access to other specialties within the group
• Comprehensive benefit package that includes medical / dental, life & disability insurance, generous paid time off, and a substantial employer paid retirement plan contribution. Fulltime employment is qualifying toward federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (please consult with your loan servicer for specific requirements and qualifications for PSLF)
• Compensation is between $270,000 and $350,000 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above

Facey Medical Foundation is the MSO for Facey Medical Group with offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys. Facey employs over 240 physicans specializing in everything from Internal Medicine and Pediatrics to Women's Health Services (OB / Gyn) and Orthopedic Surgery. Facey has a large contracted network of specialists to better meet patient needs and expectations. Facey proudly operates two fully functional Urgent Care Centers (Santa Clarita + San Fernando) and has repeatedly received awards for clinical excellence.
