Overview of the Role :
Our client seeks a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant who will assess and manage patient healthcare needs. You’ll perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, coordinate patient care, and contribute directly to improving access to quality healthcare in the community. With a focus on collaboration and continuous learning, you’ll participate in quality assurance and medical education, making a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical exams.
Evaluate clinical status and administer diagnostic and laboratory tests.
Consult with supervising physicians and refer cases as needed.
Develop clinical assessments based on findings, planning, and coordinating patient care.
Prescribe treatments and medications following approved protocols.
Deliver and assess patient care aligned with quality assurance criteria.
Educate patients on health maintenance and illness prevention.
Mentor peers and educate students and residents when requested.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Participate in after-hour call coverage and site committees.
Address patient and co-worker complaints, aiming for positive resolutions.
Requirements :
Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and sound judgment.
Skilled in reading and interpreting professional journals and regulations.
Proven experience building constructive relationships across diverse backgrounds.
Diploma from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current California medical license, Board Certification, DEA, and CPR certifications.
Ability to work under the physical demands of the role and possess a valid driver’s license.

Competitive compensation ranging from $148,627.20 to $197,817.60 annually.
